Retreat Details

Location: Makai Swim School, Napa, California

Dates: October 3-5, 2025

Cost:

$200 per day (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

$550 for the full 3-day retreat (Friday-Sunday)

* $35 registration fee is due upon enrollment

We recommend flying into one of the following airports, depending on your travel preferences:
- Sacramento International Airport (SMF)- mid-sized airport that’s easy to navigate and offers a good range of domestic flights. Located about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Napa.
- Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa- A smaller regional airport with limited flights, mostly from the West Coast. It’s the closest option, about 1 hour from Napa.
- Oakland International Airport (OAK)- A larger airport with many domestic and some international flights. It's about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Napa, depending on traffic.
All three are great options—choose based on flight availability, pricing, and your preferred travel experience!

Any hotel, B&B, or vacation home located in downtown Napa will be the most walkable to Makai Swim.

- Hampton In & Suites Napa: 34 minute walk (with a portion over a steep incline bridge)
- Best Western Plus Inn at the Vines: 35 minute walk (with a portion over a steep incline bridge)

- Andaz: 16 minute walk
- Archer Hotel: 17 minute walk
- Napa River Inn: 17 minute walk
There are also Airbnb options around town. Consider bunking with your fellow swim professionals!
